1. Late / No Show Policy

  • There is a 15-minute grace period from your scheduled appointment time.

  • If you do not arrive or make contact within this period, your session will be considered a no show and will be cancelled without a refund.

2. Rescheduling & Cancellations

  • If you need to reschedule your appointment, please email at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled session.

  • Appointments cancelled within 24 hours are non-refundable.

  • We will do our best to accommodate rescheduling requests, but availability cannot be guaranteed.

  • Event cancellations and refunds are no refund

3. Appointment Guidelines

  • Appointments are for one person only. Additional people must be approved and paid for prior to appointment.

  • Having additional people present (including off-camera during online sessions) can interfere with the psychic connection and may result in the session being paused or terminated at Michelle Minke Medium’s discretion with no refund.

4. Nature of Services / Disclaimer

  • By booking or receiving any psychic reading, service, message, information, support, or related session (the “Services”) from Michelle Minke Medium, you understand and agree to the following:

  • The Services are for entertainment purposes only.

  • The Services do not constitute legal, psychological, medical, business, or financial advice.

  • The Services are not a substitute for professional care from licensed practitioners.

  • Michelle Minke Medium does not diagnose, prescribe, treat, or claim to cure any condition.

  • Any decisions, actions, or interpretations made by the recipient based on the Services are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

5. No Guarantees

Michelle Minke Medium makes no guarantees, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, relevancy, or quality of the Services. Psychic information is subject to the recipient’s interpretation.

6. Age Requirement

  • Michelle Minke Medium does not provide Services to individuals under the age of 18 without written consent from a parent or legal guardian.

7. Release of Liability

  • By participating in any Service, you agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless Michelle Minke Medium from any and all liability for any loss, damage, injury, or consequence—physical, mental, emotional, financial, or otherwise—arising from:

  • the use of the Services,

  • any information or advice provided,

  • any products, readings, or content,

  • whether resulting from negligence, accident, or any other cause.

8. Media Release

  • During events, workshops, or live social media readings with Michelle Minke Medium, you may be photographed, filmed, or recorded.

  • By attending, you consent to the use of your image, voice, or likeness in any media format for promotional or publicity purposes, without compensation.

9. Acceptance of Terms

  • By booking or receiving any Service from Michelle Minke Medium, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
