Women Talk Calgary Presents: Blooming INto Who I Was Meant to Be In

Date: Apr 6, 2026

Time: 6:30 PM - 08:30 PM

This spring, we invite you into a room where stories begin to bloom.

“Blooming Into Who I Was Meant to Be” is an evening about growth, becoming, and the quiet (and not-so-quiet) moments that shape who we are today. It’s about the seasons we’ve lived through… the ones that stretched us, broke us open, and ultimately helped us grow into something stronger, wiser, and more ourselves.

Each TALKer will share a personal story of transformation… a moment, a decision, or a season that helped them step into the woman they were always meant to be.

Because blooming doesn’t happen all at once.
It happens in layers… in courage… in letting go… and in finally choosing yourself.

Carol Ann Kirby creates nurturing, heart-centered spaces where individuals are guided toward healing, balance, and self-empowerment. Her work is rooted in trauma awareness and the belief that true transformation comes from within.

Having navigated her own journey through mental health challenges, addiction, and PTSD, Carol found deep healing through yoga and meditation. Today, as a certified yoga and meditation teacher, sound therapy practitioner, and OM chanting guide, she brings both lived experience and compassion to help others reconnect with their strength, peace, and purpose.
